Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Cosynced Inc. ("Cosynced", "we") about your use of the Cosynced website and apps. By using Cosynced you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Cosynced.

Your account

You can try free Concepts without an account. To keep your progress or subscribe, you need an account with your name and a valid email address. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

  • A subscription unlocks every course while it is active. Prices are shown before you pay.
  • Your first subscription may start with a free trial. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Except where the law requires it, payments are not refunded.

Courses and content

Cosynced and its creators own the courses, lessons, challenges and other content on Cosynced. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or scrape them.

Courses are for learning. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that content is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will lead to passing any exam or certification. Certification names belong to their owners, who do not endorse Cosynced.

Creators

Creators keep ownership of the material they bring and grant Cosynced the right to use it to build, publish and improve their courses. Creators confirm that they have the rights to everything they upload. Further terms for creators are agreed with each creator separately.

Ratings and reviews

Subscribers can rate and review courses. Keep reviews honest and respectful. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the course.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law or anyone's rights while using Cosynced;
  • try to get around paid access, rate limits or security;
  • use automated tools to copy content or overload the service;
  • share your account or impersonate someone else.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Cosynced running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. Cosynced is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Cosynced is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we make important changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Questions? Write to team@cosynced.com.
