You can delete your Cosynced account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so please export anything you want to keep before you start.

Use the button below to send a deletion request to our team. We verify each request and action it manually — this keeps a human in the loop for an irreversible action, so it does not delete your account instantly.

Request account deletion

When your deletion request is actioned, we permanently remove your account and identity — your profile (name, username, education level, role), email address, sign-in credentials, connected accounts, and sessions — and the learning material you uploaded, meaning your source files and the text extracted from them, including the original files in our storage. This is a hard deletion: these are erased, not archived.

The games generated from your material are kept, but fully unlinkedfrom you — your user id is removed so they are no longer associated with your identity or account. We may also retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements, kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backups containing your data are purged on our regular backup rotation shortly thereafter.
